In the case of disease, I can't guarantee that you'll heal. Too many other factors intrude. I can, however, give you my word that I will do my very best on your behalf.

In the case of pain, however, it's real simple. If I can't reduce your pain by at least 50% by the end of your session, I'll refund your money. You have nothing to lose except your pain. It's that simple.
